New Guidelines  For Lockdown to 3rd May 2020:-
There are some of the Rules come into effect for 20April 2020 because of some modified rules for the guidelines of lockdown. Restrictions on agriculture activities, and good movement Eased by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
         The Ministry of the Home affairs on Wednesday to make the lockdown easier from 20th April 2020 during the lockdown to stop the spread of coronavirus. So, the lockdown has been extended to 3rd May 2020 from the date of 14th April 2020.

In the date of order on15thApril 2020, the Ministry has eased certain restrictions on the agriculture and Industrial Sectors but Airlines, Railways and other public Transportation and also the Educational Institution will be remain shutdown still up to the 3rd May 2020. The Government has also asked from the Union Territory and Districts to obey the social distancing in the workplace, office, Grocery Shops and also the pharmacy and the Government has Instructed that not to stand where there is already 2 people's are standing and always used the required precautions such as Hand gloves and  Facemask and additionally these guidelines will not apply to such areas declared by Containment Zones.

       In Industrial activities and Hospitality Services, Cycle and Rickshaws, Social and Academic, Entertainment and Religious Gathering, Taxis and Auto's will be not allowed to attend the funeral and the Normal people are allowed to move between Districts and States only if there is any Medical Emergency or as any other Workers Identifications

What is allowed:
1. Trains and flights for cargo movement, relief, and evacuation.
2..All facilities in the supply chain of essential commoditization.
3.. Hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, dispensaries, chemists, AYUSH doctors.
4. Inter-district and inter-state movement of individuals for medical reasons or for activities exempted under these guidelines.
5. Police, Home Guards, Civil Defense, Fire and Emergency Services, Disaster Management, Jail, and Municipal Services.
6. Movement of all trucks and other freight/carrier vehicles with two drivers and one assistant.
7.Veterinary hospital, clinics, laboratory and pharmaceutical supplier.
8. The Reserve Bank of India and RBI regulate financial markets and institutions, bank branches and ATMs and IRDAI and insurance companies.
9. Courier Services
10. MNREGA works with priority for irrigation and water conservation works.
11. Private vehicle for emergency services and for purchase of essential goods
12.. Defense, Central Armed Police Force, Health and Family Welfare, Disaster Management and Early Warning Agencies (IMO, INCOIS, SASE and National Center of Seismology, CWC), National Informatics Center (NIC), Food Corporation of India (FCI) ), NCC, Nehru Youth Center and Customer.
13. Postal services including post offices
14. Tea, coffee and rubber farming, processing, packaging with a maximum 50 percent workers
15. Collection, processing, and sale of milk and milk products, operation of animal husbandry farms, animal shelter homes and livestock farming activities.
16. Manufacturing units of medicines, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and medical oxygen
17. Observation Home, Home for Child Care, Handicapped, Senior Citizen, Women and Mentally Handicapped.
18. Anganwadis will be distributing food items once in 15 days at the beneficiaries' home
19. Disbursement of social security pension.
20. Services provided by self-employed persons, such as electricians, IT repairs, plumbers, motor mechanics and carpenters.
21. Industries and brick kilns in rural areas
22.. Fishing and processing, packaging and movement of its products
23. Construction of roads, irrigation, and renewable energy projects and buildings
24.homestays, lodges and motels stranded due to lockdown, medical and emergency staff, air, sea crew and also the Tourists and individuals visiting hotels,   
25. Oil and gas sector, power generation and distribution, telecommunications and internet utility provide.
26. Print and electronic media, cable and DTH services, call centers for government activities
27. Farmers and farm laborers in farms, procurement agencies, APMC mandis

What is not allowed:
1.Cinema halls, malls, shopping complexes, gyms, sports complexes, swimming pools entertainment parks, bars and auditoriums.
2.  Social, political, academic, entertainment and religious gatherings.
3. Commercial, hospitality services.
4. Taxis, auto and cycle rickshaws, cab aggregator services.
5. Air, rail travel.

All health services including hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, dispensaries, chemists, AYUSH physicians will be open. Pharmaceutical and medical research labs that carry out research related to COVID-19 may also be functional. Veterinary hospitals, clinics, labs and drug suppliers can also conduct business. Farmers and farmworkers have been allowed to work on the farm and the manufacture and sale of man, fertilizers and seeds and movement of agricultural equipment is also permitted by the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC). Courier services will be allowed, whether required or non-essential. Wearing masks will be mandatory in public and workplaces.
