was retained by the Royals in IPL.
Over the years, Rahul Dravid has been given considerable credit
by Rahane for maturing as a player. With Dravid guiding him, Rahane has been
replaced as a shy, long-form specialist capable of batting in any position in

But things have faded for Mumbaikar over the years. In 2012,
Rahane made headlines when he scored an excellent century within the IPL. the
subsequent year was fantastic for him and it helped him to seem in
international matches. By then the planet was under their feet. But suddenly
something was missing. Around 2017, Old Bharosa Rahane was indeed missing. The
IPL became worse for him in 2018, compared to 2017. His strike rate came up for
discussion and he soon became another Rahane. he's not involved in limited
formats for international matches, and not even that he was a Test player. IPL
2019 was an excellent one for this youngster as he played some useful innings
for the team and also scored a century against the Delhi Capitals at the SMS
